Well now!!! It's been a long 3 months, but we're still here. All of that is due to you - our customers - and your continued support & patronage! I wanted to take a moment to provide you with some updates on our continued business model and COVID-19 response/efforts...

• Back in March, we announced measures we'd take to ease the purchasing process for our customers and also that we'd be implementing some slight, but temporary changes. Thanks to those small differences, we've been able to serve more and focus on catering to our customer base with fewer costs involved. We will continue to monitor the impact on our day-to-day operations and modify as needed.

• We also promised incentives to those that continued to shop with us during the downturn - even if just by contributing to our efforts to give back to our community in purchasing a mask - or by making a regular purchase! Those of you that made purchases within the April - May timeline will start seeing those gift cards arrive in your email inbox over the next week or so. We will still run the promotion through the end of the year, but each release will be in waves. For example: those purchases made between June - July will receive them in mid-August and so forth. There are some conditions to using those promotional dollars, so please make sure to read each guideline carefully.

• While we initially offered free shipping and delivery on ANY order made, we will continue do so, just with a few small changes. We will still offer the service, however, starting August 1st, all orders above $50 will receive free local delivery and/or free nationwide shipping. Should our business model still require changes, we will reevaluate and adjust accordingly.

• We're BAAAAAACK! Hooray! We've been "popping-up" again in our local communities and welcome you to pre-order and pick up your purchases! For anyone choosing to do so, we will offer a 15% discount on those orders and of course, there's no additional charge to do so. Just use code: KIWIPU15! If you don't already, like and follow us on your favorite social media platform to be in the know on where we'll pop up next & to be the first in line to know when we release new products and/or for giveaways & store news!

Without you - our customers - we wouldn't be here. So again, thank you. Thank you for choosing to shop with us! We look forward to serving your needs for many children to come. 

As I've said before, we WILL continue to work hard to earn & keep your business and trust in these times and remain creative with ways we can continue to bring the same level of care to you that we are striving to do - well after this pandemic is over. We WILL get through these rough times.
